4. Client Responsibilities

• Adhering to the payment terms set forth by Right Rasta.

5. Payments

Payment for services rendered is required as per the terms specified in the service agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon. Payment must be made according to the pricing outlined on the website or in the service agreement.

6. Client Data & Confidentiality

Right Rasta respects the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any private data provided to third parties, except as required by law. All data shared during the service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

7. Website Ownership

Upon completion of website design or development services, the ownership of the website and its associated content belongs to the client. However, any code, templates, and third-party resources used in the design or development will remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Service Limitations

• Right Rasta cannot guarantee specific results in terms of SEO ranking, website traffic, or sales growth.
• We do not guarantee the elimination of all potential performance issues, as they may depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party platforms, internet service providers, etc.).
• We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or technical issues that occur as a result of the use or changes made to your website post-service completion.

9. Cancellations

Either party may cancel the service at any time by providing written notice. If services are canceled before completion, any work performed will be billed and must be paid in full.

10. Changes to Terms

Right Rasta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination of Service

If a client breaches these terms or fails to make timely payments, Right Rasta reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services. In such cases, the client is still liable for any fees due for services already rendered.

Right Rasta’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
