At Right Rasta, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy outlined below.
1. Service-Based Nature
Our offerings include design, development, and deployment of websites and digital assets, which are customized to each client’s specific needs. As such, these are non-tangible services that cannot be “returned” once delivered or partially delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions only:
✅ 100% Refund:
- If the project has not been started and the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
- If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical or internal issues from our end.
✅ Partial Refund:
- If the project has started but is incomplete, and the delay is from our side without any progress for more than 15 days, a partial refund may be granted, based on the work completed.
❌ No Refund:
- If the project is already completed or delivered.
- If the client fails to respond to project queries or delays feedback for more than 10 days.
- If the client changes the scope or cancels the project midway after approval.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at rightrasta11@gmail.com with:
- Your name
- Order/Invoice number
- Reason for refund request
Our support team will review the request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
4. Chargebacks
We strongly discourage chargebacks. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first for resolution. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a violation of this policy.
5. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
